This permission relates to the erection of equestrian facilities as shown in drawings P001, P002, P101, P301, P302, P303, P304, P305, P306, P307, X001, X002 and 1003 design statement, all received on 18th September, 2012.
Landscaping scheme
All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.
Non-commercial use tied to estate
The equestrian facilities hereby approved may not be operated as a commercial facility separate from the operation and occupation of Ballamona Farm estate as defined in blue on drawing reference 1003 X 1001.
