Christian for reconstruction of tholtan to match original, The Croit, Ballamodha Straight, Malew, subject to compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule and numbered 1 to 3 inclusive.

(1) The building must be used for private residential purposes only. (2) The development hereby permitted must be taken up within 4 years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time. (3) All services must be laid underground.
