Re: PA 10/0391/B - proposed extension at 105 Ballamaddrell, Port Erin

Further to previous correspondence refusing the above application the Commissioners have now ascertained the Drainage Authority has subject to conditions granted a concession concerning the proximity of the development to the main sewer. Regrettably this information was not passed to the Commissioners as their agents.

At a meeting held on the 11th May 2010 the Commissioners approved the proposed extension.
