A Site Plan showing the boundaries outlined in red of the curtilage of the building or the building as extended, and its relationship to adjoining boundaries (including written dimensions from each side of the building to it's relevant boundary), and the size, position and use of every other building or proposed building within that curtilage.

RECEIVED O_{r} 23 MAR 2010 Re re-building of barn to craft workshop, Ballamaddrell Dear Madam,
I write to explain the uses to which the above rebuilt structure is planned to be put and give an estimate of the number of people likely to use it.
The objective in rebuilding the old barn/shed is to complement and build on the success of the other buildings, which we have on site, that have been developed to provide artists' studios. Also it has been put to us that, for some artistic endeavours, a space significantly larger than available in our current studios would be very attractive and would allow artists who, for example, work on large sculptures to be accommodated. The planned building would allow for this.
