Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a smoking shelter as shown in drawing numbers 1101, 1002, 0002, location plan and site plan date stamped 30th March 2010, N.W.-0115T-501 date stamped 2nd July 2010.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
