- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
NOTE The applicant should note that whilst it is judged that these minor amendments to PA 98/1558 are acceptable, it is unlikely that future extensions will be approved.
NOTE This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance 2. Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
