Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the construction of a detached toilet/store building as shown in drawings $0035 / 0101,0035 / 0102,0035 / 0120$, Registered Building Photographic Survey of Exterior of Malew Church 28th January 2010 and Design Statement in support of planning application for the creation of additional facilities at Malew Church all date stamped 25th February, 2010.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 4(2) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
