In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the Hon R A Ronan MHK, following consideration of the report by the appointed person, does hereby APPROVE planning application 14/01225/B by Mr David Curry for Erection of a two storey extension and creation of an additional window to dwelling, Upper Scard, Ballakillowey Road, Colby, IM9 4BP, subject to the following conditions:
- The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
Note: This approval relates to drawings 1693-01; 1693-02; 1693-03 and 1693-04 all received on 27 October 2014. Date of issue: 1 April 2015 By Order of the Minister
