In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of
Infrastructure considers that prior approval to the siting and appearance of the
development, as described above would be required.
The details, having also been submitted, are hereby APPROVED subject to compliance
with the conditions specified below.
You are advised that if you do not carry out the development within 5 years of the date of
the approval then you must re-notify the Department of Infrastructure, before you proceed
with the development.

This approval refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) (Telecommunications) Order 2013. You should note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department. The decision contained in this notice does not become final until either; • The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or • Any appeal has been determined; Whichever is the later. Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
