Department Of Infrastructure ### Memorandum To: Jennifer Chance From: Chris Balmer Subject: Condition Date: 19/11/2014 Pigeon RE:- Baldrine Manor, Ballagawne Road, Baldrine - Conversion and erection of extension to existing out building to provide a separate dwelling and creation of associated parking and vehicular access - 14/00804/B The following condition was attached to the approval:- #### Condition 5: > "No development shall take place until full details of soft landscaping works have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Department and these works shall be carried out as approved. Details of the soft landscaping works include planting along the roadside and within the site. All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development or the occupation of the dwelling, whichever is the sooner. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species." The applicant has now supplied the relevant plans regarding the above condition, which is considered to provide adequate level of landscaping along the roadside boundary. It is considered these would be appropriate. Accordingly it is recommended that the condition be signed off.
