application
in respect of new fencing at 84 Eary Veg, Douglas
Further to your email correspondence
regarding the above, we enclose herewith
4 copies of each of
our revised drawing number
151/01/02
rev A which has been amended
to show the top of the
fencing panels on both elevations
of in front of the building line altered
to be more or less level with
the front boundary wall.
Elevation B fence has been altered in height too as we believe this is a more aesthetically
pleasing
solution
than having the disjointed
image of some elements of fence being painted
and some kept
cream together
with the resultant
maintenance
issues this would cause.
The height of the fencing panels can be readily adapted and those works will be promptly
put in
hand should an approval
be forthcoming.
We trust this is satisfactory
and look forward
to receiving confirmation
of same in due course
