Hi Marie,

It was unanimously resolved that the Commissioners had no objections to the following Planning Application:

PA14 00701 D - Bridson and Horrox Group Ltd - Erection of roadside advertising signage - Royal London 360 Offices Isle of Man Business Park Braddan

It was unanimously resolved that the Commissioners wished to object to the following Planning Application:

PA14 00689 B - Department of Infrastructure - Conversion of site from market garden to light industrial for the storage of construction materials (retrospective) Ballakinnish Nurseries Ballakinnish Richmond Hill Braddan.

The Commissioners feel that the application is insufficient in that it is clear that not only it is storing materials it is, at their own admission, being used as a waste transfer site without the requisite licences.
