The barn conversion shall be used only for family and friends of those occupying the main dwelling or as tourist accommodation. The building shall not be used as a separate permanent dwelling. No persons shall occupy or use the accommodation hereby approved for a single period or cumulative periods exceeding 28 days in any calendar year. Reason: To prevent use of the premises as a permanent dwellinghouse.
