The site, previously occupied by a doctors' surgery on Derby Road in Peel, was demolished and resurfaced with tarmac to form a car park extension for the neighbouring Shoprite store and recycling bins. My observation is based on the visibility issues onto a main road with pedestrians and school children going to the Peel Clothworkers school; Should however the committee not consider this an issue I would hope that the size of vehicles able to utilise the facility would be made a condition
