Department Of Infrastructure ### Memorandum To: Jennifer Chance From: Chris Balmer Subject: Condition Date: 19/11/2014 Pigeon RE:- Land Adjacent To Millennium Way, Sky Hill, Churchtown, Ramsey - 14/00323/B - Re - profiling, maintenance and drainage works to lower part of site to facilitate leisure use of land (retrospective) The following condition was attached to the approval:- Condition 3: "Notwithstanding the details submitted, further details of the scheme of drainage should be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority prior to any works continuing. The site should then be made available for Inspection by the Planning Authority or their advisors to ensure that the scheme is carried out as approved." The applicant has now supplied the relevant plans regarding the above condition, which has also been accepted by Manx Utilities. It is considered these would be appropriate. Accordingly it is recommended that the condition be signed off.
