Dear Sirs
Re: Callows Yard - Planning Application Number 14/00338/B
On checking our planning application we have noticed an error in the covering letter only attached to the submission accordingly we would appreciate it if you could substitute the attached communication reference 2536/13/8.6.4/HB in this respect.
For clarification the application referred to suggests 17 new residential apartments and regrettably this is an error and should read 15 new residential units.
In all other respects this application is as submitted and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
As this error has been recognised prior to the advertising process commencing we have not placed the yellow notification signage on the application site until acknowledgement of this letter is received.
As the number of units is reduced we submit that the application fee has now been over paid and suggest that this should have been £1800.00 rather than £2040.00 submitted with the application and accordingly await the refund of £240.00 in due course.
We trust this meets with your approval however should you require any additional information please do not hesitate to contact the writer.
Yours faithfully
