General Policy 2
GP2 permits development in accordance with land use zoning and Area Plan policies if it respects the site and surroundings in terms of siting, layout, scale, form, design, and does not adversely affect character, amenity, or road safety. The officer assessed the roof replacement against criteria including respect for surroundings, no adverse effect on character, and satisfactory amenity. The proposal was found to enhance appearance and integrate with the dwelling, satisfying the policy.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans
The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in full accordance with the Location Plan and Drg No JTM-GCC-21-P-10-01 and JTM-GCC-21-P-10-02 received on 4th February 2014.
Roof tile colour
For the avoidance of doubt, the replacement conservatory roof hereby approved shall be of a colour as shown on the photograph detailing the new roof tile date stamped 6th March 2014, unless otherwise agreed in advance with the Planning and Building Control Division.
