General Policy 2
General Policy 2 permits development in accordance with land-use zoning and other policies provided it respects the site and surroundings in terms of siting, layout, scale, form, design and landscaping, and does not adversely affect the character of the surrounding landscape or townscape. Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

The development hereby approved shall not be carried out except in full accordance with JTM-GCC-23-10-00, JTM-GCC-23-P-10-01 and JTM-GCC-23-P-10-02 date stamped as having been received 11th February 2014 and photograph details date stamped as having been received 28th February 2014.
