General Policy 2
GP2 permits development in accordance with land-use zoning if it respects the site and surroundings in terms of siting, layout, scale, form, design and landscaping, and does not adversely affect the character of the surrounding landscape or townscape. The officer assessed the roof replacement against criteria b) and c), finding the proposal acceptable because the conservatory is not readily visible from public thoroughfares and the tiles match the existing roof pitch, ensuring no harm to character or appearance.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans
The development hereby approved shall not be carried out except in full accordance with location plan, JTM-GCC-22-P-10-01 and JTM-GCC-22-P-10-02 date stamped as having been received 12th February 2014 and photograph date stamped as having been received 28th February 2014.
