Isle of Man Government 1} lu II Varr^ttri Foxdale AFC Mr I Moffitt 11 Magher Break Baltawattieworth Peel IMS IXD Town and Country Planning Act 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No 2) Order 2013 In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure determined to APPROVE a planning application by Foxdale AFC, Ref 14/00216/C, for the use of site for camping facilities for the duration of the TT fortnight at Football Club Billy Goat Park Stoney Mountain Road Eairy Isle of Man IM4 3HJ subject to compliance with the following condition(s);

1. The camp site may be available for use no earlier than the day before the first practice associated with the TT and up to the day after the last race and the camp site may be erected within three days before this and taken down within three days after this until
3. The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in full accordance with the Location Plan, Site Plan and Drg No. FAFC/2014 received on 24th February 2014.
4. There shall be a maximum of 100 tents pitched within the site. There shall be no pitching of tents outside the area outlined with diagonal lines as shown on Drg No. FAFC/2014 received on 24th February 2014.
5. The parking area, as shown on Drg No. FAFC/2014 received on 24th February 2014, shall not be used other than for the parking of vehicles in connection with the site and the camping use hereby approved.
6. The site may be used in accordance with this approval until the end of the Isle of Man TT 2017. Any use of the site as hereby approved after that time must be first authorised by way of a further planning approval.
7. The existing lighting installed on the clubhouse may be illuminated only between IBOOhrs and OlOOhrs on any day within the TT fortnight. Date of Issue: 16th April 2014 /H Director of Planning and Building Control

Guidance Note This decision was made by the Planning Committee in accordance with the authority delegated to it. This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No 2) Order 2013. Any appeal against this decision must be in accordance with Article 8 of the Order. A valid appeal must be in writing, signed by the appellant, and submitted to the Department within 21 days of the date of this Notice. To further validate the appeal it must contain: • Payment of a planning appeal fee as prescribed in an order made by the Department under Section 1(1) of the Fees and Duties Act 1989 (currently £150); • The reasons for making the appeal; and • An election to have the appeal conducted by means of an inquiry (a hearing) or by means of written representation. If no appeal is lodged within 21 days of the date of issue overleaf, and this decision becomes final, the Department's public reference copy (counter copy) of the planning application may be collected by the applicant or their agent from Murray House.
