The Ecosystem Policy Team can confirm that we are content with the submitted lighting details, which includes use of downward facing, shielded luminaires, which are not directed towards the boundary hedge, and use of motion sensors and timers. Though lighting temperatures are not to exceed 3000k, we would request that the applicant gives consideration to 2700k lighting temperatures and less.
