C16.River Neb
No work shall be undertaken adjacent to the River Neb other than in accordance
with a scheme to limit potential impacts on the River’s fish population, which
scheme shall previously have been submitted to and approved in writing by the
Department.
Reason: In order to protect aquatic habitat and species pursuant to Environment
Policy 8 of the Strategic Plan.
