Within the site at Post Office Headquarters we have a building that was used as a Parcel Hall. Isle of Man Post Office wish to apply for change of use for the northern half of of this building to a garage workshop for the purpose of servicing and fixing vehicles.
The entire site is mostly used for mail sorting which was approved as sui generis. The site plan, area plan and diagrams submitted with this application should assit with identifying the specific space. 10. a) Please state the existing use of the site (e.g. residential, office, retail etc.) b) Please state the proposed use of the site. Yes \square No If yes and involves demolition OR the works are to a Registered Building, a Registered Building Consent application will be required. 12. Note: no works may be commenced until such time as:
a) after receipt of your planning Decision Notice, the time period for requesting an appeal has expired and no such appeal has been requested, or
b) any Appeal has been completed.
