Tel 685950 email [email protected] Mr John Parsons Middle River Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 1AL TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr John Parsons, Ref 25/10050/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 29 of PA 22/00675/B providing details for the mycological (fungi) survey at Fields And Part Fields 524202, 524978, 524930, 524765, 524224, 524225 & 524226 Land East Of Braddan Road Braddan Isle Of Man IM2 2RA . Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision hereby approved relates to documents submitted to the Department titled: APPLICATION FORM, HARTFORD COVERING LETTER, ECOW EMAIL (26-03-25), HART 45 -- 169 REV A -- FUNGI PROTECTION PLAN and PORT Y CHEE MYCO REPORT 5 V2, all recorded as being electronically received on 01.04.2025 NOTE It is noted that the report in 5.3 (Page 27) states, "It would be even better if grass was cut more frequently after June and before September and grass cuttings were removed" and it is understood that this is a comment not a proposal, and so the site will be managed in accordance with the existing Section 13 provisions plus the other specific actions as set out in the report and the report has been approved on that basis.
