INTRODUCTION
The following application is to be assessed against the criteria set out in Part 3 - Minor Changes Applications of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 specifically Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24.

all previous minor changes applications have related solely to the installation of a low carbon technology.

PASS - the change being applied for is the installation of 3no. casement windows on the first floor, front elevation replacing what was supposed to be patio doors with Juliette balconies, and the installation of a single pane larger 'central' window in replacement of the originally approved 3 pane casement above the porch.
