ELEVATION NOTES:
WALLS: New treated timber wall
cladding to match the existing in stained
horizontal boarding.
ROOF: Remove the existing corrugated
steel flat roof and form new Polyroof
fibreglass or Rubber membrane flat roof
over new warm roof construction with
black/grey upvc fascia boards around
with min 300mm roof overhangs.
Guttering to remain in board roof plane
to leave a clean fascia board.
WINDOWS/DOORS: The existing white
upvc windows are to be reused/
repositoned and new window to be in
white upvc to match the existing.
RAINWATER GOODS: Black upvc
downpipes to drain the new flat roof.
ROOFLIGHTS: Single Eos (or similar)
roof window 1000m x 2000mm
