ELEVATION NOTES:
WALLS: new external wall cladding to
be in a natural cedar or scottish larch or
composite timber in a dark grey/brown
finish. Set cladding in a vertical board.
ROOF: existing interlocking roof tile.
WINDOWS/DOORS: new windows and
doors to be in a dark grey/black upvc or
aluminium
RAINWATER GOODS: black upvc to sun
roof as indicated.
ROOFLIGHTS: velux or similar 1140 x
1180mm
