RE: PA 25/10055/AIR - Information in relation to condition 5 of PA 23/01057/B providing full details for the habitat mitigation plan at Glen Road, Laxey
The Ecosystem Policy Team can confirm that we are content with the details contained in Ecology Vannin's Habitat Mitigation Plan dated January 2025.
The applicant must ensure to undertake the development in full compliance with the mitigation measures contained in Table 1.
The applicant must also ensure to provide clarification on the scope of the easternmost works with their Ecological Clerk of Works in order to ensure that roosting bats and nesting birds are not impacted by the works and so an offence is not committed. Should roosting bats be found then the Ecosystem Policy Team should be contacted on 651577.
It would be useful if the applicants could provide us with the location of the 3 other grey wagtail boxes.
