The valeting bay will modify the combined garage and shed into a single building with a sloping roof of 10 degrees, so it can carry solar panels. The electrical supply from the main office building will be upgraded. Surface water drainage is unaltered as the roof is the same area (just sloping rather than pitched). The height of the roof is similar to the peak of the existing garage.
