Additional use of apartment as tourist accommodation

We would like to log an interest and objection to the application; This is by definition income generating and therefore a business and not a private residence; puts the whole development and shareholders at risk of increased premiums and the possibility of not being able to source adequate Insurance cover

I OBJECT in the strongest possible way to the above Application; NO CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE MATERIALLY CHANGED SINCE THEN SO THERE IS NO REASON FOR THIS APPLICATION 25/90290//C TO BE PERMITTED

I strongly object to the application; I did not buy my apartment to see the complex being reduced to tourist accommodation

I strongly object to the application; it is my experience that when tourists are admitted to residences on short term lets this is not in the best interests of the long term residents
