A neighbour from Paper Mill, East Baldwin, objects to the planning application due to an error in the site location plan incorrectly showing land ownership extending to the left bank of the River Glass.
Key concern: Error in land ownership boundaries on site location plan
Paper Mill, East Baldwin (resident)
ObjectionThe site location diagram shows the curtilage of Renscault Cottage extending to the left bank of the River Glass. This is incorrect.; We own the stretch of left bank below Renscault farm from about half a kilometre up stream of Paper Mill to the East Baldwin Road.; Since this is an error of land ownership fact, I would like this error to be corrected on the planning application drawings before the application is determined.
Conditions requested: Correct the land ownership error on the planning application drawings before the application is determined
