I am writing the report for condition 4 of PA 22/00834/B - Information in Relation to Condition (4) for PA 22/00834/B for details of the eaves on the Southeast elevation - Orrysdale

C 4. No development shall commence until a 1/20 scale drawing of the west elevation detailing the soffit, eaves and guttering to be used noting the relationship to the boundary has been submitted to the Department and approved in writing. The development shall be carried out as indicated on the approved drawings and retained as such thereafter.
