In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Tevir Group, Ref 25/10034/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 17 of PA 23/01223/B providing details for the piling by submission of a full piling method statement at Villiers Square Fort Street Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 2AX .
Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decison hereby approved relates to documents submitted to the Department titled: APPLICATION FORM and NKC - CFA PILING MS 210225 recorded as being electronically received on 24.02 .2025
NOTE In the instance of the submitted details and after consultation with the case officer, who is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory in meeting condition 17 of planning application 23/01223/B, on the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
