In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Tevir Group, Ref 25/10035/AIR, for the Information relation to condition 19 of PA 23/01223/B providing details for car parking ventilation minimising the ingress of polluted air at Villiers Square Fort Street Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 2AX .
Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision hereby approved relates to documents submitted to the Department titled: Application Form, VILA-MCL-XX-B1-DR-M-1001-BASEMENT-MECHANICAL-&-HVAC-LAYOUT-REV, 2319-EXA-ZZ-00-DR-L-60300 DETAILS SHEET - STEPS AND RAMP(SHEET 1 OF 4), 2319-EXA-ZZ-00-DR-L-60401 DETAILS SHEET - FURNITURE, VILA-56T-57-ZZZ-D-A-001-P05_VENTILATION STRATEGY and VILA-56T-57-ZZZ-S-A-001P05_VENT_STRATEGY_CALCULATION all recorded as being electronically received by the Department on 25.02.2025
NOTE In the instance of the submitted details and after consultation with the case officer, who is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 19 of planning application 23/01223/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
