Built as a townhouse in the 1840s and later a boarding house in 1930's, the building was mixed use office and residential until 1996. I am looking to revert to this mixed usage and restore its residential element while maintaining its commercial presence from the front; keeping it visually in line with the surrounding commercial townhouses of the terrace. There will be an office space for my consultancy business and a residential space for my family.
