Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision is in relation to the submitted Entrance Drainage Sketch as well as APL Drg 03 Proposed Entrance Sight Lines which were submitted on the 01/11/2024. NOTE The submitted plans and drawings are deemed sufficient and would be considered satisfactory in meeting planning condition 11 of application 22/01158/B with the understanding that Development shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved scheme, which shall be retained thereafter.
