Highway Services HDC have reviewed the information for condition discharge application 25/10001/AIR dated 9 Jan 2025 online and can comment that the DOI drainage team are required to comment on the condition discharge application submission.
A S109 highway agreement is required for the highway access connection onto the adopted public highway.
Please could you upload this response while the new planning portal is being implemented as we do not have a HDC account yet.
