TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by DAWN WORTHINGTON, Ref 25/10005/AIR, for the Information in relation to conditions 4 and 5 of PA 24/00211/C giving details for the implementation of parking and lighting at Lambfell Beg at Lambfell Beg Cronk Y Voddy St Johns Isle Of Man IM4 3NS .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department titled: Application Form, CA-3334-105 LIGHTING PLAN-A1 LAYOUT and CA3334-005 PROPOSED PARKING ALLOCATION PLAN-A3 LAYOUT.

All recorded as being electronically received on 09.01.2025.

NOTE In this instance the submitted documents, and after consultation with the case officer who is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory to meet the obligations required by planning conditions 4 and 5 of application 24/00211/C, on the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with these approved details.
