Highway Services HDC have reviewed the information for condition discharge application 25/10010/AIR dated 10 Jan 2025 online and can comment that the general proposals and layout are acceptable.
Details of highway works would be completed under a S109 highway agreement - the applicant is advised to contact [email protected] to start the agreement process.
Please could you upload this response while the new planning portal is being implemented as we do not have a HDC account yet.
