ATTACHED IS: PRE-TENDER CONSTRUCTION ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN (CEMP) WHICH OUTLINES THE OVERALL PROPOSED ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT OF THE SITE AND PROVIDES DETAILS FOR PROTECTION OF THE SPECIES-RICH GRASSLAND. THE PROTECTION MEASURES ARE DESCRIBED IN TECHNICAL NOTE (APPENDIX B OF CEMP) AND SHOWN ON THE PLAN (APPENDIX C OF THE CEMP) - ALL ISSUED WITH THE APPLICATION AS SEPERATE DOCUMENTS.
