RE: PA 25/00023/AIR - Information in relation to condition 2 of PA 22/01472/B detailing the Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) and the Grassland Protection Methodology at Cringle Impounding Reservoir

Following on from the Ecosystem Policy Team's email yesterday afternoon stating that there are no document on the Planning portal yet for PA 25/00023/AIR, please see below, email correspondence sent to us by Kasia Woakes on the 15th January, and the attached documentation, sent to Planning by Kasia Woakes on the 13th January.

Provided that there have been no changes to the documents since they were submitted to Planning, the Ecosystem Policy Team can confirm that we are content with Manx Utilities' Pre-tender Construction Environmental Management Plan, Ecology Vannin's Orchid-rich Grassland Translocation Advice (Technical Note) and AECOM's Proposed Grass Protection Plan. All works should be carried out in accordance with the details contained in these documents.

The documents are being submitted to dischrge one of the conditions of the planning approval prior to the Spillway Refurbishment Works Contract which shall be delivered later in the year.
