Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with Article 26 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
Boundary treatments retention
The red line shown on drawing P02a defines the approved curtilage and boundary treatments as approved and undertaken under 13/00558/B. These boundary treatments shall be retained in full accordance with those details and annotation stated on P02a. In the event that any boundary hedging is removed or damaged as a result of the proposed wall works, it shall be replaced within similar native hedging in the first available planting season following completion of the wall works and retained thereafter. Reason: to ensure the red line boundary curtilage and red line boundary treatments are suitably maintained in line with C2 of 13/00558/B in the interest of protection of the countryside.
