The following planning applications have no significant negative impact upon the highway network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:

• 24/91042/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as the site access and layout are acceptable for the proposals. • 24/91212/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as the site access and layout are acceptable for the relatively small ancillary proposals, providing the proposals are conditioned as ancillary to the existing use of the site (for site access and internal access road layout safety purposes). • 24/91229/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking subject to the building remaining ancillary to the existing dwelling (due to parking amenity purposes). • 24/91230/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as the site is in a sustainable location in the Douglas centre, the Applicant is providing parking to rear of the proposals (visibility for access is acceptable due to slow speed of lane), and conversion of house back to one dwelling will reduce car parking demand, subject to conditions on the garage door not swinging onto the access lane and garage must be used for parking of vehicles only (for road safety and parking amenity purposes).
