We are content with the planting schedule contained in the Planting Plan (Drawing no. MH525/01 Rev A). However, the requirement for the replacement of any trees which are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased within 5 years of the completion of the development with others of a similar size and species, should be added to the maintenance schedule.
