INTRODUCTION
The following application is to be assessed against the criteria set out in Part 3 - Minor Changes Applications of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 specifically Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24.

PASS - The applicant's agent outlines that the applicant wishes to install an additional window to that which was originally proposed in the rear elevation.
Pass - Included in covering letter. This change is considered to be minor as the additional window will not create overlooking to any neighbouring property.
