Prior to the opening as an indoor play area as hereby approved, a Flood Risk Assessment shall be submitted to the Department for approval which demonstrates emergency egress details during a flood event and these details shall be adopted as part of the use of the premises and retained thereafter. REASON: To ensure safe staff public can leave the property in a safe manner during a flood event.
