Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with Article 26 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
Retain arched window
The arched window above the door shall be retained. If the frame is found unsafe it shall be replaced with one that replicates the existing arched glass. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and clarity that replacement or removal of the window above the door is not approved as part of this application.
