AT QUESTION 12 IT IS NOTED THAT 93 SQUARE METRES OF ADDITIONAL FLOOR SPACE WILL BE CREATED, THIS WILL ALL BE INTERNAL ON A NEW MEZZANINE LEVEL. THE UNIT HAS SEVEN DEDICATED EXTERNAL PARKING SPACES WITH ROOM FOR TWO VEHICLES ASSOCIATED WITH THE BUSINESS PARKING INTERNALLY. TWO STAFF MEMBERS WOULD BE EMPLOYED.
