Hello,
From the Planning List 18 Oct 2024 and excluding planning applications with suffix ‘CON’ and re-consultations, the following new planning applications have highway related impacts and will be subject to a separate response:
• 24/91078/B • 24/91155/B
The following planning applications have no significant negative impact upon the highway network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:
• 24/91116/REM – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as the access and layout is the same as approved application 21/01161/A, subject to conditions on access (which shall be bound and consolidated within 5m of the adopted highway boundary), visibility splays protected and internal vehicular layout construction to be completed as per approved plans before first occupation and retained thereafter. A S109 highway agreement will be required for the proposed access onto the adopted highway. • 24/91121/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as two spaces are retained off-street with the removal of the garage to habitable room. • 24/91132/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking providing the building remains ancillary to the existing dwelling via condition, due to the existing parking layout suitable for one site. • 24/91158/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as the proposed rear garden building would be similar to having a fence and existing shed at the rear of the garden. • 24/91181/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as the canopy will shelter existing outside racks and a suitable loading area will be retained for delivery vehicles in the service yard.
Highway Services HDC has no interest (NHI) in:
• 24/91076/B
