This decision is in relation to the STRUCTURAL CALCULATIONS document submitted on the 15.10.2024 AX0380-01 REV B FOUNDATION, RETAINING WALL AND DRAINAGE PLAN_CLIFTON DRIVE plan submitted on the 13.11.2024. NOTE The approved documents are deemed sufficient and would be considered satisfactory for planning condition 5 of application 23/00885/B with the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
